Hours of Operation
Our Medspa and its facilities are open Tuesday, Thursday & from 10am-7pm, Friday to Saturday from 10am-8pm and Sunday from 3pm – 6pm Hours may vary seasonally.
First Visit
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.
Appointments
To maximize the benefits of your treatment, please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment. As a courtesy to all of our guests, please remember that if your treatment is delayed because of late arrival, it will end as scheduled. We will always do our best to accommodate you. A fee is required at the time treatments are booked. We accept Visa®, MasterCard® and Care Credit™.
Booking Policy
Oasis Med Spa charge a booking fee (anywhere from 25‑50% of the service fee) at the time of booking. This helps ensure that nobody forgets about their appointment or cancels it unless absolutely necessary. After the appointment, you can simply deduct it from the service fee.
Spa Cancellation Policy
As a result, we respectfully request at least 12 to 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24‑hour notice will result in your 25% or 50% charge. Any no‑shows will be charged 100% of their service amount.
Special Considerations
Guests who are pregnant, have had recent surgery or have other medical concerns. are advised to consult their physician prior to booking. For your safety, please notify us as some treatments are not recommended for guests with certain conditions.
Payments
Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do take some medical aid. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa®, MasterCard® and Care Credit™. we do not accept checks.
Quiet Environment
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation in the spa. Additionally, we ask that all guests silence their cell phones during each visit to the spa.
Practice-Patient Relationship
We love having you as a patient, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
Minor Guest Policy
Nigeria Law and Oasis MedSpa policy requires a parent or legal guardian to be present in the service room for the duration of the treatment. Parents/guardians may choose to enjoy a similar service side-by-side, if available. If the parent elect not to be in the service room with the minor or cannot be present during their visit, the parent/guardian must read and sign an agreement releasing Oasis MedSpa of any liability. Any minor must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to wait in our front area while the parent/guardian receives a service. Parents/guardians are also responsible for the minors behavior at all times in order for Oasis MedSpa to maintain our relaxed spa environment.
Late Appointment Policy
We want to make sure that all our clients have the opportunity to receive services. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and so we allow for a 15-minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you think you are going to be late, please call us so that we can adjust our schedule. Please understand that if you are repeatedly late, we will charge 30% of the service amount and require that you rebook your appointment.
Be Courteous
Please turn cell phones to silent. If you need to make a phone call, for the relaxation of other guests, please do so in outside.
Gratuities
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages. Customary tipping runs 15%-20%, but is at the discretion of the guest & quality of service. They can be left in cash or credit form.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are redeemable for all services and are at face value. They must be presented at the time of service and are non- refundable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used towards gratuities. They cannot be applied with any discounts or combined with other special offers. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Refunds
Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome. Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for the same product only. In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.
Prices & Promotions
We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.
Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the spa guest and should be kept in your possession at all times. Gravity Medical Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Provider Requests
We respect your desire to be with a particular treatment provider but we may not always be able to meet special requests due to illness, vacations, and unforeseen schedule changes.

We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them.
