The Administrative Assistant supports day-to-day operations at Oasis Medspa & Wellness Clinic by providing excellent customer service, efficient administrative support, and ensuring smooth clinic workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries

  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar

  • Maintain client records and ensure accuracy

  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and office supplies

  • Support management with documentation and reporting

  • Provide general administrative and front-desk support

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office

  • Previous admin or front-desk experience preferred

  • Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
