Adhering to our spa etiquette and policies creates a happy environment where our professionals can focus on your needs. We appreciate your cooperation and sincerely hope you have a pleasant experience with us!

Hours of Operation

Our Medspa and its facilities are open Tuesday to Thursday from 10am – 7pm, Friday to Saturday from 10am – 8pm and Sundays from 3pm – 6:30pm. We are closed on Mondays.

Please note that our hours may vary seasonally.

Your first visit

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and to complete the necessary intake paperwork.

Appointments

To maximise the benefits of your treatment, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. As a courtesy to all of our guests, please remember that if your treatment is delayed due to your late arrival, it will still end as scheduled. We will always do our best to accommodate you.

A fee is required when treatments are booked. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Care Credit™.

Booking Fee

Oasis Medspa charges a booking fee at the time an appointment is made, the fee can range anywhere between 25 – 50% of the service fee. This helps ensure that clients do not forget about their appointments and helps prevent unnecessary cancellations.

After you have attended your appointment, the booking fee is deducted from the service fee.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request at least 12 to 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24‑hours notice will result in the forfeiting of your booking fee. Any no‑shows will be charged 100% service fee.

Late arrivals

We want to make sure that all our clients have the opportunity to receive services. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and thus we allow for a 15-minute grace period for late arrival in the event you are unexpectedly delayed. If you think you are going to be late, please call us so that we can adjust our schedule. Please understand that if a client is repeatedly late, we will charge 30% of the service amount and require that the appointment be rescheduled.

Practice/Patient Relationship

While we value you as our client and guest at our spa, we reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are redeemable for all services and are redeemed at face value. Vouchers must be presented at the time of service and are non-refundable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used towards gratuities. They cannot be applied with any discounts or combined with other special offers.

Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Gratuities

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages. Customary tipping amounts vary between 15% – 20%, although is at the discretion of the guest and the quality of service delivery. Tips can be left in cash or credit form.

Refund Policy

Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome.

Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e. broken pump etc) may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for the same product only. In accordance with Federal Law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason whatsoever.

Special Considerations

Guests who are pregnant, have had recent surgery or have other medical concerns are advised to consult their physician prior to booking with us. For your safety, please notify us of any of the above as some treatments are not recommended for guests with certain conditions.

Payment types

Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do accept some medical aid. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Care Credit™. Please note that we do not accept checques.

Personal Belongings

Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the spa guest and should be kept in your possession at all times. Oasis Medspa accepts no responsibility or liability for lost or damaged items.

Quiet Environment

As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation in the spa. Additionally, we ask that all guests silence their cell phones during each visit to the spa.

Team availability

While we respect your desire to be serviced by a particular treatment provider, please be aware that we may not always be able to meet special requests due to illness, vacations, and unforeseen schedule changes.

Minors

Nigeria Law and Oasis MedSpa policy requires a parent or legal guardian to be present in the service room for the duration of the treatment when treating minors. Parents/guardians may choose to enjoy a similar service side-by-side, if available. If the parent elect is not able to be in the service room with the minor or cannot be present during their visit, the parent/guardian must read and sign an agreement releasing Oasis MedSpa of any liability.

Any minor must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to wait in our front area while the parent/guardian receives a service. Parents/guardians are also responsible for the behaviour of the minor at all times in order for Oasis MedSpa to maintain our relaxed spa environment.

Our primary goal is for you to be happy with our service and to love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them. With this in mind, please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and those that are medically appropriate for you. Be courteous & Considerate

Please ensure your cellphone is set to silent. If you need to make/take a phone call, for the relaxation of other guests, please do so outside.
